Upper Board System

Belt Washing & Adhesive System

• The cleaning system integrates multiple components including a water-washing tray, scrubbing mechanism, scraper, air knife, water-suction unit,and drying unit to effectively remove contaminants from the conveyorbelt.
• Elevated water absorption mechanism reduces wear on guide belt andscraper.
• Precise control of spray water washing to reduce water consumption andsewage discharge.
• The high-grade magnetic rod is coated with glue to ensure the uniformityof glue and effectively reduce the material loss.
