High sunlight resistance sublimation ink: for outdoor products (tents, cycling clothes, carpets), household products (curtains, back pillow) and high-end polyester fabrics clothing.

High transference resistance sublimation ink: for transfer digital printing of high-end clothing fabrics and clothing with specific requirements on color fastness to transference resistance.

Hongsam Digital has developed a full range of disperse dye inks, and can provide transfer printing and direct-injection digital printing solutions according to various requirements on fastness. According to the different fabrics of customers, and the different sewage discharge capabilities of baking, steaming and washing, we provide different solutions.

Step 1 Drawing and retouching on computer.

Step 2 Print the image directly on thermal transfer paper through a digital printing machine.

Step 3 Match the transfer paper to the roller ironing machine, ironing machine temperature is 205-210°C and the transfer time is 30-45s.

Step 4 Make clothes or other finished product.

We simulate nature's daily illumination, temperature and humidity in the test chamber, and get the conclusion:

1. Under the same sunlight conditions, the color fastness of high sunlight resistance thermal transfer inks can be improved 1-2 Level compared with ordinary thermal transfer inks.

2. Under the same test conditions, the color fastness to transference resistance of high transference resistance heat transfer ink can be improved about 1 Level compared with ordinary thermal transfer ink.

Ordinary Sublimation Ink

Application: suitable for digital heat transfer printing of polyester fabrics, ceramics, glass and other medias. 

Advantages: low cost, high cost performance, simple process, convenient operation, good fluency, bright color, can meet the requirements of high-speed printing machine.

High Sunlight Resistance Sublimation Ink

Application: suitable for digital heat transfer printing of polyester tents, polyester curtains, polyester riding clothes, etc. in industries with high requirement on colour fasteness to sunlight.

Advantages: the sunlight resistance is greatly improved compared with ordinary sublimation ink.

High Transference Resistance Sublimation Ink

Application: suitable for heat transfer digital printing of high-end clothing fabrics, and customers who have specific requirements on color fastness to transference resistance.

Advantages: the color fastness to transference resistance is greatly improved compared with ordinary sublimation ink.

Method of Use and Process

1. After opening, the ink can be directly poured into ink cartridges to be used, any diluting or mixing is not needed.

2. When installing printer or replacing ink, please clean it with pure water first, then clean the pipeline of printer with matched cleaning solution, and then clean the pipeline with pure water (mineral water cannot be used instead of pure water) before putting ink.

3. Transfer process: transfer temperature 200℃-210℃, transfer time 30-45s.
