Color Fixing Agent for Nylon Carpet Printing

The post-treatment liquid (special color fixing agent AA-03 for carpet) is used for spraying in the carpet printing process to improve the color fixing rate of acidic ink or cationic ink, and improve the color fastness of carpet.

1. When use the post-treatment liquid AA-03, pay attention to the uniform amount of liquid in the left, middle and right, and control the liquid rate at about 60-80%; and the carpet fabric must be fully dried no matter before or after printing.

2. When drying the fabric treated with the special carpet color fixing agent AA-03, the temperature should not be too high, and the time should not be too long, and it’s recommended to dry at 60-100℃. The treated fabric should not be placed for a long time, so as not to affect the digital printing effect.

3. It is strictly forbidden to touch, wipe, inject the nozzle and the pipeline of the printer with the special carpet color fixing agent AA-03.

4. It is strictly forbidden to drink the carpet color fixing agent AA-03, please place the ink out of reach of children.

5. It is strictly forbidden to mix with other types of ink.

6. The shelf life is 1 year in a closed, cool and light-proof environment. It is recommended to use it within two months after opening.
